Luthfur Rahman, our managing director, is a highly experienced restaurateur with a number of well-respected restaurants to his name in the south-west - the Mint Room being the flagship. Our head chef Mamrej Khan, is supremely talented and heads a kitchen team that knows everything there is to know about sophisticated Indian cooking and more!
